After breaking his arm in a bicycle accident 4 years ago, Dom was given a 50% chance of needing a joint replacement. This started his journey into looking at diet and lifestyle changes to optimise the healing of his injury.

It’s very common for a lot of men to fall out of love with exercising and keeping fit once they retire from playing competitive sport.

Patrick set a goal to be able to run (not his strong point) 1km non stop. At the start of his 90 day challenge, he could only run about 300m at a time.  By the end, he exceeded his goal and now aiming for 2km without stopping.

Pat: I previously would do a bit of haphazard exercise and then take that as an excuse to indulge in a lot of junk food. I now know why this didn't result in any change.
